Certain WhatsApp/Telegram groups — “Horizon Thinkers”, “Path of Light Hub”, “Neo Joint Investment Group”, “Strategic
Planning” and “Eagle Club 171” — along with individuals Amelia Reed and Rupa Sinha, are misusing the “Neo” name and branding for stock trading and investment activities.
Neo Group companies, their directors, and employees have no association whatsoever with these groups, schemes, or persons. Investors and the
public are strongly advised not to engage with or rely on such unauthorized offerings.
